“if you’re giving advice, you definitely have to know the individual. Where is their head space at? What is their awareness of what they are about to do? I definitely think transparency and helping the person understand what are the next steps needed to be successful on this journey.”

“Let’s create systems or opportunities or opportunities within our organization so that we can train the next batch of talent we need for the problems we have we have currently.”
